Soest, North Rhine-Westphalia
Cari Fix promotes assistance for people with disabilities, vocational training and welfare. We also organise cultural events and creative projects that bring people together.
Cari Fix is based in Soest and works in two connected fields. The first is social: promoting assistance for people with disabilities, supporting vocational training and welfare, and helping people in need find suitable support.
The second is cultural: we plan and run events, performances and creative projects. They give people a place to take part, learn new skills and meet others on equal terms.
Taking part is not an extra. It is how good events, workplaces and communities are built.
From a single workshop to a multi-day convention, we plan activities with accessibility in mind from the first draft.
Readings, exhibitions, concerts and festivals in accessible venues, planned together with artists and local partners.
Leisure activities, excursions and social afternoons that are open to people of different abilities.
Theatre, music and dance projects, from first rehearsal to public performance.
Painting, printmaking, photography and craft workshops with shared exhibitions as a goal.
Concept, schedule, venue, speakers and on-site coordination for events of any size.
Stand layout, programme and visitor flow for professional meetings, with accessibility built in.
Every project has a written plan, named responsibilities and a schedule you can follow.

Our background in arts and events helps us find formats that suit people and place.
From step-free access to readable signage, we check the small things that decide whether people can take part.
